Even though we are not farmers today, we want to be farmers, we are farmers by blood linage, we love and support our farmers.
We use local ingredients whenever we have a choice, Our tomatoes, cream and garlic is all local, the only things that come from overseas is coconut milk and our spices. We love being at the farmers markets from Esquimalt to Central Saanich because our sauces go so well with the vegetables they sell.
