Terms of Service

Our goal is to provide the highest quality produce and we require our farmers to deliver market-grade products. The customer understands that all produce is locally sourced from within the CRD. Specific farmer growing practices are found in our farmer bios, with applicable product certifications found in our product listings. The customer also understands that produce availability is dependent on the season and crop variety. Further, locally and organically grown produce often means fresh and flavourful, but not necessarily perfection.

We ask all home customers to purchase a one-time $20 sustainability fee. By doing so you are helping the FarmHub create a sustainable food system and delivery model in the CRD, allowing us to move away from cardboard boxes and deliver your order in reusable totes. We are happy to offer a refund if you are only not satisfied with your first order.

We will inspect and pack all orders prior to distribution. In the event that product gets damaged or misplaced, we will provide a store credit to the customer.

Produce weights are approximate.

Credit cards are secure and encrypted on our website and will be charged the night before or day of your delivery.

Each order you place is a legally enforceable contract. If you fail to pick up your order, you are still obligated to pay for the items you order.
