Vitality Farm has been growing a strain of garlic that originated from Czechoslovakia 40 years now known as Islander. We have used organic practises for the entirety of our growing history and are currently considered Transitioning to Organic with IOPA the certifying body given we took a year off from certification. Our garlic seed has been chosen over the years for it’s large bulbs, strong spicy flavor, good storage capacity, and ability to grow well in a wetland. In 2024 we are selling both culinary and seed garlic”
