Our apple cider vinegar is made from a variety of apples, grown on our farm, in North Cowichan.

Our apple cider vinegar is, unpasteurized, unfiltered, with the “mother”, and with no added sugar, or coloring.

We pick, crush, and press the apples, collecting the juice which is fermented to produce hard cider. After six to eight weeks the hard cider is racked into carboys to mature for several months before we add the ‘mother” to produce our apple cider vinegar.
